Refund and Cancellation

Try our shared hosting service for 14 days, risk free. If you decide you don’t want to continue hosting with us within 14 days, we’ll issue a full refund. Refunds must be requested when submitting your cancellation request in order to be processed.

Due to the nature of services, refunds are only available on shared hosting packages. Payments made for domain registration, cloud servers, dedicated servers, ssl certificates etc. are non-refundable.
